1. Scheduled Preventative Maintenance

• 2 on-site visits per year

• Spot testing of high-priority data drops

• Continuity or speed testing using Fluke LinkIQ™

• Verification of labeled cable integrity

3. Hardware & Rack Assessment

• Inspect patch panels, racks, cable management hardware

• Check for strain, loose terminations, or routing issues

• Flag outdated or at-risk components

4. Labeling & Documentation Updates

• Refresh faded, missing, or mismatched cable labels

• Update As-Built diagrams and label index

• Digital documentation provided after each visit

5. Customer Reporting

• Summary of each visit with recommendations

• Notes on repairs, risks, or upgrades

• Before/after closet photos included

6. On-Call Support Priority

• Preferred scheduling for service calls

• Discounted hourly rates for repairs and MAC work (Moves, Adds, and Changes) under contract

7. Add-Ons

• Additional visits

• Minor repair bundling

• Quarterly rack audits for larger clients
